About Serviced Fire Equipment
Serviced Fire Equipment is a licensed fire equipment facility at 3200 62nd Ave N in St. Petersburg, Florida — born and raised in the same city we serve.
The story starts in 1999 when my father founded All Florida Fire here in St. Petersburg. I grew up in this business — learning the equipment, the compliance requirements, the customers, and the industry from the ground up. About 15 years ago I became actively involved in running operations, and in 2024 I took complete ownership and rebranded the company as Serviced Fire Equipment.
The transition included selling our mobile service division to Thompson Safety — which means if you need a technician to come to your location anywhere in the Tampa Bay area, Thompson Safety at (727) 525-5950 is who we send you to. We refer them without hesitation. They’re good people and they do good work.
What we kept — and what we’ve built on — is our St. Petersburg facility. Walk-in service, no appointment, no service call fee. Inspection from $8 per unit. Recharge from $25. Everything handled in-house by a team of 12 people who have been doing this work for years. We process more extinguishers per day than most mobile companies see in a week — and we do it faster, more accurately, and at a fraction of the cost.

Every unit we ship arrives certified and tagged on arrival — compliant with NFPA 10, ready to mount, no additional service call required.
We don’t compete with local fire equipment companies. We supply them.

We’re a DOT-authorized hydrostatic testing facility
Most fire equipment companies outsource hydrostatic testing to a third party — adding time, cost, and a second vendor to manage. We perform all hydrostatic testing in-house using the water jacket method. Fire extinguisher cylinders, CO₂ tanks, SCBA cylinders, and SCUBA tanks — all tested on-site, all documented properly, no outsourcing.
We stock certified refurbished extinguishers for same-day swap-out
When a unit fails inspection at our facility, we don’t send you away empty-handed. We swap it out on the spot with a certified refurbished unit of similar condition that fits the same bracket — fully charged, tagged, and certified. You leave with compliant equipment every single visit.
We supply fire equipment dealers nationwide
Our wholesale and bulk extinguisher program ships certified and tagged units to fire equipment dealers, contractors, and property managers across the continental United States. Amerex, Ansul, Buckeye, Victory, and Pyro-Chem — below MSRP, minimum 50 units, 1-2 week lead time. Every unit arrives compliant and ready to deploy.
We service everything in-house
